Jyväskylä Tilapalvelu is tendering for a framework arrangement, the object of which is the repair and maintenance work of refrigeration equipment. The works include annual repair, renovation, change and small investment works. Three (3) Suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement. The work will be distributed among the suppliers in accordance with the terms of the framework agreement. The duration of the framework arrangement is 1.4.2024-31.3.2028 and the option is also available for the option year 1.4.2027-31.3.2028. The client's real estate consists mainly of schools, daycare centers, libraries and administrative buildings. In total, there are approx. 300 properties.
