This Component Aims To Improve Court Efficiency And Modernize Court Administration Through Simplifying Rules And Procedures For Court Case; Clear Backlogs In High Courts And Subordinate Courts In All Jurisdictions; Modernize Court Records And Introduce E-case Management And Strengthening Court Administration And Support Project Management.component 2: Skills Development, Inspection And Performance Management. This Component Aims To Further Strengthen The Training And Skills Of The Judiciary And Its Stakeholders, Thereby Positioning The Jot As A Global Center For Excellence And Innovation For Judicial Training. The Component Will Support, Skills Training And Knowledge; Judicial Inspection, Supervision And Performance Evaluation Of Judicial And Non-judicial Functions; And Gender Support: Overcoming Internal And External Gender Barriers.component 3: Access To Justice And Public Trust.
