The Renovation Includes Facade, Roof, Drainage and Stormwater Repairs, as Well as Internal Repairs Including HVAC Work. The Site Consists of Six Terraced Houses, With 26 Apartments and One Common Club Room. In addition, the Site Has a Car and Waste Shed. A Trial Repair Has Been Performed on the Facade of House D. For This Reason, Not All Contracts Will Be Performed on the House in Question. The Matter Is Described in More Detail in the Annexes to the Request for Tender.
