The bid capacity required can be calculated using the formula: 2AN - B. Here, A = Maximum Value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last Five years ending 31st March of the previous financial year 2024, N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited, B = Value of existing commitments. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years of at least 30% of the COST OF WORK (without G.S.T). However, the exact COST OF WORK is not provided. The bid capacity calculated by any other formula shall not be accepted. A proper certificate of a competent Chartered Accountant is required to be scanned and uploaded from the original for this work independently.

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar nature of civil works. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, which should be at least 30% of the COST OF WORK (without G.S.T).
