The following procedures are required in detail: Oasis (online player status query), HVF (Hessian procedures for refugees), IFAS (occupational safety information system), parental allowance, home supervision, ECOs (key management), ADCO (vehicle management), JIRA, Supra, Schwebnet, participation portal, pension information procedure, compensation, fleet management, MISP, Storm, Heliabr, DDK, transparency database, Wahl-IT Hessen, load and performance tests, sports facility register, IT development plan, BLITS and E-citizenship. In various areas of responsibility, there is currently a need for services for operational support, technical advice, migration, planning and project support. The service must be provided by services in accordance with the requirements of the HZD.
