The procurement includes the construction of a hall building suitable for organizing cultural events with a courtyard area in accordance with the contract calculation documents. The site includes a 760 K-m2 extension to the existing municipal building. In addition, the contract includes the construction and building technical works of the municipal hall facilities serving the extension part.
