The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in successful completion of construction of any or a combination of Buildings, Roads, Driveway, Boundary Wall, Steel Structure, Retaining wall, Petroleum or Gas Installations, or Retail outlets. The value of completed work for evaluation shall be considered as under: (i) Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 7449000.00 OR (ii) Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 9932000.00 OR (iii) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 12415000.00 The experience of the bidding entity only will be considered, and they must submit valid proof for meeting the criteria, including copies of contract documents, completion certificates, and other relevant documents. Completed similar work(s) should be completed in all respects, and the final bill/completion certificate should be submitted as proof. A new entity formed has taken over all the assets and liabilities of the proprietorship concern or partnership firm, and the new entity can use the experience of the erstwhile proprietorship concern/partnership firm. The bidder can use previous experience of the company taken over by the bidder, and the bidder can use previous experience of the business vertical which has been taken over by the bidder. However, experience of works executed as part of JVs/ Consortiums/ MoU Parties shall not be accepted, even if a single involved partner/party bids for the tender.
