The City of Iisalmi Requests a Tender for the Survey of the New Ice Hall/multipurpose arena in Iisalmi. The aim of the study is to evaluate the construction/location options of Iisalmi's new ice rink/multipurpose arena from the perspective of both the builder and the users. The current ice rink is located at Kankaankatu 4, 74120 Iisalmi. The ice rink is located in Kankaa's sports area. The ice rink functions, among other things, as a hobby and competition venue for ice hockey and ice skating in the city. The aim of the survey is to find out the location of the new ice rink at the current location of the ice rink, or alternatively in the city center area, for example at the location of the current bus station.

The purpose of the area is to renovate the old Jvp 25 Lahtela and the related waste water drains to the location indicated in the station drawing. The sewage lines and pumping station to be built are shown in the station drawing. The form of the contract is a KVR contract. The Kvr contract includes all work management, construction and installation work with material procurement in accordance with the tender documents and the client's plans to the extent required by them, fully completed and brought to operational condition with finishing works.
