The bidder should have prior work experience in construction of new building / new bridge / new culvert, Reconstruction of building / bridge / culvert including construction of approach roads for bridge / culvert, Construction of rigid pavement, Reconstruction of rigid pavement, Construction of new flexible pavement covered by mastic work which has been designed for a period of 5 years or more, Widening and strengthening of flexible pavement covered by mastic work which has been designed for a period of 5 years or more, Improvement of riding quality / Strengthening of flexible pavement covered by mastic work which has been designed for a period of 5 years or more. The credential certificate issued by the Executive Engineer or equivalent or competent authority of a state/ Central Govt., state/ Central Govt. undertaking, Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies constituted under the Central/ State Statute, on the executed value of completed/ running work will be taken as credential. The bidder should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work as a prime agency of the minimum value of 20% (Twenty Percent) of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 (five) years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. Alternatively, the bidder should produce credentials of one single running work of similar nature as a prime agency which has been completed to the extent of 70% (Seventy Percent) or more, with a value not less than the desired value mentioned earlier (20% of the estimated amount). The value of similar works completed should be at least the estimated amount put to tender. The bidder should have a minimum of 15% working capital, out of which 5% should be the applicant's own resource.
