The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works in civil engineering, specifically in RCC framed Structure building. The conditions for similar works are as follows: - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 1,37,96,287.85.
- Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 2,06,94,431.77.
- One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 2,75,92,575.70.
These works should be completed in the last seven years without liquidated damage or compensation. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 5% per annum. Similar works are defined as RCC framed Structure building, and only those works executed with certain government departments or public sector undertakings will be considered.
