Description: 1. The subject of the Order is the performance of the Service Pn. “maintenance of the Municipal Cemetery at ul. West in Słupsk. The subject of the Order covers the facility administered by the Municipal Infrastructure Board in Słupsk. 2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding the Contract under Options. 3. The subject of the Order includes the performance of cleaning works and winter maintenance, described in detail in Appendix No. 9 to the Swz, including: 1) cleaning works - sweeping alleys, paths, hardened and ground stairs, sweeping utility yards and hardened surfaces next to garbage containers, emptying park-type bins, ongoing collection of waste, chemical spraying of alleys with hardened and ground surfaces with a herbicide, cleaning concrete and cobblestone watercourses, mowing lawns on flat areas and escarpments, and mowing weeds and grasses between graves along with raking and transporting swath, sandy paths and passages between the graves on the leaf plots along with transport to the disposal site, cutting the edges of the lawn, removing weeds and self-seeding trees, 2) winter maintenance of alleys and stairs - clearing snow from alleys and stairs, preparation of passages for funeral processions and other activities specified In Appendix No. 9 to the 3) the Ordering Party stipulates that the Optional Scope of the Order does not constitute a contractual obligation (including financial) of the Ordering Party incurred at the time of conclusion of the Agreement, and the Expected Optional Scope of the Order is not guaranteed to be implemented, 4) the exercise of the Option Right may occur once or more times during the The execution of the Order will depend solely on the needs of the Ordering Party and the financial possibilities of the Ordering Party.
