Herlev Municipality (towholder) As the towholder, on behalf of the municipalities in the North Zealand Purchasing Community, is conducting a price inquiry in accordance with Lbk No. 155 of 11/02/2025, Section 112 of the Service Act. This price inquiry includes pricing of orthopedic footwear and insoles - as well as related services - for visited citizens in Allerød, Egedal, Fredensborg, Frederikssund, Halsnæs, Herlev, Helsingør, Hillerød and Hørsholm municipalities as well as the Bornholm Regional Municipality, all of which are part of the North Zealand Purchasing Community. The towholder emphasizes that this is not a suspension of competition covered by the Procurement Act, as none of the municipalities enters into an agreement with the supplier who, overall, offers the lowest prices.
