The procurement is the Comprehensive Basic Improvement of the Munkkiniemi Youth Hall as a Fixed Price Complete Contract. In addition to the basic improvement of the building's premises, the task is to expand the ventilation machine room to the building's attic, where the ventilation equipment will also be renewed when the need for air volume increases. Renovation works partly extend to the adjacent library building. The contract includes all the works presented in the plans of the basic improvement project, including ancillary works and necessary subcontracts, completed and implemented in full working order.
