ISO 9001 certification 2. BIS licence 3. Type test certificate 4. Approval certificates 5. BIS Registration (CRS) for safety general requirements as per IS 13252 (Part 1): latest 6. Certificate of Govt. Lab/NABL/ILAC accredited lab which carried out Test of Complete Product to prove the conformity of product as per Governing Specification 7. Statutory auditor or cost auditor certification for declaration relating to percentage of local content 8. Availability of security testing report for CCTV/VSS issued by standardization Testing and Quality certification (STQC) Laboratory or any other agency notified by Meity 9. Validation and approval by the Buyer after evaluation of documents submitted for benefits of MSE 10. Udyam Registration for MSEs to get purchase preference.
