The bidder should have experience in construction of similar civil engineering works. The Project Manager should have at least 5 years of experience in construction of similar civil engineering works. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the construction of any building project having RCC framed structure done for State or Central Government or Semi-Government, specifically one similar work (RCC building Frame Structure (G+1)) amounting to Rs. 109.00 Lakh. The bidder's Annual Financial Turnover should be Rs. 299.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years. The bidder should provide a detailed statement of similar work experience for the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract. The bidder should also provide an undertaking that they have access to, or have available, liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract.
