This Procurement Is Subject To The Canadian Free Trade Agreement. Successful Supplier(s) Are Required To Supply And Install The Item(s) Requested. Installation Is To Include Assembly, Placement, Corrections If Required And Removal Of All Packing Materials. Welders, Arc, Electric Scope Supply, Delivery, And Installation Of One (1) Tig Welder To Vehicle Management Agency (vma) On Behalf Of The Department Of Transportation And Infrastructure. Tig Welder Must Be New, Supplied With Equal To Or Better Components Than Those Specified. Only "new" Products, Components And Build Materials Shall Be Accepted Throughout The Tender Specifications. Used, Re-built Or Nearly New Products, Components And Build Materials Are Not Acceptable. Requirements The Successful Bidder Will Be Responsible For Providing An Orientation Session For The Regular Operation And Maintenance Of The Compressor. The Training Must Be Available In English. Mandatory Specifications - The Tig Welding Machine Shall Be A Dynasty 300 Or Equivalent Capable Of Ac And Dc Current Welding. The Machine Shall Also Be Capable Of Ac/dc Stick Welding. - Includes A Water Coolant System Sized Appropriately For The Application Such As A Coolmate 1.3 Or Equivalent. - Welder Shall Have A W-280 Torch Kit Or Equivalent. - A Wireless Foot Control To Be Provided. - Four (4) One-gallon Bottles Of Low Conductivity Coolant To Be Provided. - Runner Cart For Portable Storage Of Components To Be Provided (four Wheels And Handle) - Lcd Display With Interface - Program Memory For Consistent Welding Example Model: Dynasty 300 Series Tig Wilder Submittals Worksafenb Insurance Certification Operators Manuals (french & English) Two (2) Reference Information Warranty Manufacturer's Warranty Shall Be Supplied With An Authorized Repair Technician Located Within The Province. Delivery Delivery And Installation Services To Be Provided As Part Of The Contract, With No Additional Fees Or Expenses Incurred By The Province. The Delivery And Installation Will Be Jointly Coordinated Between The Successful Bidder And The Province Of New Brunswick. All Necessary Safety Protocols Must Always Be Observed. The Province Of New Brunswick Will Be Responsible For The Electrical Portion Of The Installation, Including The Connection To The Tig Welder. To Be Delivered On Or Before August 2nd, 2024. Installation Dates Will Be Jointly Negotiated At A Later Date With The Vehicle Management Agency.
