The subject of the investment is the reconstruction of a commune road in the town of Smarga, on the section from km 0+039 to km 0+240.74, on plot no. 343 7. The basic scope of the investment includes: - Preparatory works, - Earthworks, - Demolition of the existing structure of the roadway with trenching under the roadway, ramps and stone shoulders, - Execution of the foundation made of lean concrete and the foundation made of crushed stone, - Execution of the surface of the roadway and exits Asphalt concrete, - Hardening of the roadside with broken stone of the Niesort type, - Restoration of the lymphatic ditch. Other Requirements and Notes: A) The warranty period for defects is equal to the warranty period referred to in point B. B) The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with a guarantee for the completed subject of the Agreement for a period not shorter than 3 years, counting from the date of signing the Final Acceptance Protocol, whereby the guarantee period is one of the criteria for evaluating tenders in this Procedure. C) As part of the implementation of the Subject of the Order, the Contractor will appoint a Site Manager. D) At the final acceptance of the Subject of the Order, the Contractor is obliged to present Certificates, Declarations of Conformity or Quality Attestations of the installed devices and other documents necessary to obtain the Permit for Use. E) The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the Order in a reliable and timely manner, in accordance with the Design Documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the Works, modern technical knowledge, applicable regulations, technical standards, standards, principles of construction art and professional ethics. F) The Contractor will be obliged in particular to: - provide surveying services (surveying surveying in the field), - provide the Employer with As-built Documentation (2 copies) and Geodetic As-built Inventory (3 copies of Maps), - ensure road safety during the Works as well as the development of the traffic organization project along with the necessary arrangements and permits, - compliance with and compliance with the conditions and requirements contained in the opinions, arrangements and decisions of the authorities and institutions giving opinions and agreeing on the construction design, - completing all recommendations resulting from the industry arrangements of the project, including activities Formal and legal, - obtaining approvals, tests and opinions necessary for the use of the subject of the order, - daily maintenance of cleanliness and order at the construction site (current removal of unnecessary materials, waste and garbage after the end of the work day), - organizing and securing the front of the works in Such a way so as not to pose a threat to people staying in the investment area, - immediate and effective removal of any damage and failures caused by the contractor during the execution of works, - active participation in acceptance by external services, - securing the construction site in terms of health and safety and P. fire And be liable to the Ordering Party and third parties for damages caused during the performance of the Agreement. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is contained in the following documents: A) Construction Design "Reconstruction of the Municipal Road in Smardze" - Appendix No. 9 to the Swz, B) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Road Works for "Reconstruction of the Municipal Road in Smardze" - Appendix No. 10 to the Swz, C) Bill of Quantities "reconstruction of the Municipal Road in Smarga" - Appendix No. 11 to the Swz. In the event that the description of the subject of the contract or technical documentation contains a reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 Para. 1 Item 2 And Sec. 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer allows equivalent solutions, i.e. solutions that will guarantee the implementation of the subject of the contract in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract and ensure the achievement of technical parameters not worse than those assumed in the above-mentioned documents. In such a situation, the Contractor, in the event of the intention to use equivalent solutions, is obliged to indicate these solutions and demonstrate, by any means of evidence, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent degree. The burden of proving equivalence rests with the contractor. In such a situation, the above-mentioned documents will constitute the relevant evidence and the Contractor is obliged to submit them together with the offer. At the same time, pursuant to Art. 107 Para. 2 of the Public Procurement Law, if the Contractor fails to submit the relevant evidence or the submitted evidence is incomplete, the Contracting Authority will call for their supplementation or clarification within the prescribed period. Note: The Bill of Quantities is for ancillary purposes only. Bearing in mind that in this Proceeding a lump sum price has been adopted for the execution of the subject of the Order, the Contractor prepares the offer on the basis of technical documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, constituting Annexes No. 9 and No. 10 to the The Ordering Party informs that it does not provide for the provision of the Bill of Quantities in the Editable Version.
