A) The subject of this Order is a service consisting in the development of design documentation along with obtaining a set of opinions and formal and legal arrangements and an administrative decision allowing for the implementation of the investment task of the Iv Prądnik Biały District Council under the name: Ul. Czerwieńskiego - Kiss & Ride Bay. B) The Ordering Party described the Subject of the Order with: • Draft Contract Provisions (ppu) Constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Swz • Material Scope with Appendices Constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Swz • Technical Conditions Constituting Appendix No. 12 to the Swz C) The Minimum Guarantee Period is 24 Months A Maximum Warranty Period is 36 Months. Bids containing a Guarantee Period of Less than 24 Months will be rejected. D). A detailed description of the requirements in this regard includes the E) The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the execution of the Order on the basis of an employment relationship. F) Before Submitting the Tender, the Contractor is obliged to carry out an on-site inspection.
