1. The subject of the Order is a construction work entitled: "reconstruction of rooms for a toilet for the disabled and a women's toilet in the building of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of the University of Wrocław at ul. Dawida 1 in Wrocław. 2. The Subject of the Order will be performed in accordance with: A) Design Documentation and Description of the Subject of the Order; B) Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works; C) Bill of Quantities; D) Safety and Health Protection Plan; E) Contractor's offer; F) the Time, Material and Financial Schedule (hereinafter: the Schedule) referred to in § 7 Sec. 2, Point 2.2 of the Agreement; G) The provisions of the Construction Law Act, the Technical and Construction Regulations in force, the Principles of Modern Technical Knowledge and the law in force in the Republic of Poland. 3. The scope of the Works will be in accordance with the Technical Documentation, and in particular will include: A) Demolition and disassembly works. B) Insulation against water and damp. C) Walls and Suspended Ceilings Made of Plasterboards. D) Laying stoneware and ceramic tiles. E) Plastering works. F) Painting Works. G) Window and door joinery. H) Assembly of Equipment. I) Sanitary installations and mechanical ventilation. J) Works in the field of electrical installations. K) Road Works.
