The subject of the Contract is: "execution of insulation of foundation walls in the building of the Navigation Department in Gdynia at Aleja Jana Pawła II 3 - Stage Iii" The Contracting Authority reserves the right to resign from part of the Contract in the amount of 30% of the Offer Value of the Selected Contractor. The Contracting Authority does not envisage awarding the Contract in parts. The scope of the Order includes: 1. Insulation of internal walls in the Main Building (in accordance with the Graphic Annex), 2. Insulation of external walls in a part of the Main Building (in accordance with the Graphic Annex), 3. Execution of external stairs in the Main Building (in accordance with the Attached Design) The above-mentioned buildings are part of the building No. Ii of the Maritime University, which is entered in the register of monuments and is subject to the conservation protection of the Pomeranian Voivodship Monument Conservator. The works will be carried out on the basis of a building permit preceded by a decision of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments authorizing construction and conservation works in the historic building. The Contractor is obliged to maintain order on the Construction Site during the renovation works. The Contractor is obliged to perform the Construction Works being the Subject of the Order on the basis of: A. Construction Design - "insulation of the ground floor walls of the building of the Faculty of Navigation of the Maritime University of Gdynia at Aleja Jana Pawła II", B. Detailed Design - "insulation of the ground floor walls of the building of the Faculty of Navigation of the Maritime University of Gdynia In Gdynia, Aleja Jana Pawła II", C. Replacement Construction Design - "insulation of the basement walls of the building of the Faculty of Navigation of the Maritime University of Gdynia, Aleja Jana Pawła II - Replacement Design for the Reconstruction of the External Stairs at the Main Entrance" D. Structural Design - "insulation of the basement walls of the building of the Faculty of Navigation of the Maritime University of Gdynia at Al. Jana Pawła II - Replacement Project for the Reconstruction of the External Stairs at the Main Entrance" E. Bill of Quantities - "insulation of the basement walls of the building of the Faculty of Navigation of the Maritime University of Gdynia at Aleja Jana Pawła II Ii" - Stage Iii F of the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works - "insulation of the basement walls of the building of the Faculty of Navigation of the Maritime University of Gdynia at Al.
