The offer submitted in the procedure must cover the entire scope of works provided for in the SPZ and the Design Documentation. Location of the renovated Forest Road No. 31 Inv. No. 220/182 in Zalasowa Forest District, 1248 Mb long, located in Tuchów, Dz. Evidence 2301/1 Commune City of Tuchów. The order covers the renovation of the roadway and roadsides on the forest road No. 31 in the Zalasowa Forest District. As part of the Task, it is also planned to repair the macadam surface of the exits, repair the front walls of Kaszyce at the inlets and outlets of the culverts under the exits, repair the damaged reinforcement of the culvert outlet under the road crown at km 0+056, and also repair the damaged wooden water gullies consisting in replacing them with steel water gullies Same Parameters. The renovations include works located along the entire section of the road with a length of 1248 Mb. Renovation works as part of the Task include: - Renovation of the road surface consisting in reconstructing the surface in accordance with its original state by supplementing it with broken aggregate (klint) 4/20 Mm With the top layer closed with Basalt grit 2/8 Mm, in a layer of 5 cm thickness, - Renovation of the roadside surface Consisting in cutting off the raised part of the shoulder and supplementing the surface with broken aggregate (kedge) 4/20 mm, in a layer of 5 cm thick, 2 X 0.75 m wide, - renovation of the surface of exits consisting in restoring the surface in accordance with its original state by supplementing it with crushed aggregate (kink) 4/31.5 mm, in a layer of 7 cm thickness, - Renovation of the damaged end walls of the Kaszyce at the inlets and outlets of the culverts under the descents, - Renovation of the damaged wooden water gullies consisting in replacing them with steel water gullies of the same parameters, made of cold-formed channel sections 160x60x5 mm, lengths 7m and 8m , Placed on sleepers made of cold-formed C-sections 80x40x5 mm, - Renovation of the damaged reinforcement of the culvert outlet under the road crown at km 0+056 (rock riprap rapids, min. 50 cm thick, wedged with stones of a smaller fraction). Renovation works are intended to restore the original state. 1) The Contractor of the Works is responsible for the quality of their performance and for their compliance with the Design Documentation and the Supervision Inspector's instructions. Measuring works for the needs of works and all related costs are charged to the Contractor and should be included in the Contract Price. 2) The Contractor bears full responsibility for meeting the Quantity and Quality Requirements Materials will be obtained from any source. The Contractor bears all costs related to the delivery of materials to the Construction Site. 3) The Contractor is obliged to use only such equipment that will not adversely affect the quality of the Works performed. 4) Equipment adapted to the scope of works should meet the OHS requirements. 5) All works should be carried out in accordance with the applicable standards, building practice, health and safety regulations, fire protection regulations and environmental protection regulations and the Employer's recommendations. The Employer reserves that there may be Tonnage Restrictions - Appropriate Vehicle Load Capacity Appearing on the Roads to the Designed Investment. The above should be taken into account when preparing the offer. Difficulties in this respect will not be the basis for a price change. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining the appropriate consent from the Public Roads Administrator for the transport of materials and equipment needed to perform the Order. Materials must be transported to the Works execution site by means of transport adapted to the tonnage specified on the access roads to the Works site. Detailed Terms and Conditions for the Order: As part of the Estimated Remuneration, the Contractor will take into account: 1) In the case of using Subcontractors, Coordinating the Works of Subcontractors Bearing Full Responsibility for them, 2) Performing Works Taking into account all the conditions and orders resulting from the arrangements and mutual obligations, 3) Bringing The condition and order of the place where the works are carried out, and in particular the access roads, which the contractor will violate in order to perform the subject of the contract, 4) repair of any damage related to the performance of works caused to third parties or damage to property. Terms of Warranty and Guarantee: 1) The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with a Guarantee of at least 36 Months for the Completed Subject of the Order. The Contractor shall issue and deliver to the Employer a Guarantee Document within the meaning of Art. 5773 of the Civil Code. 2) The course of all warranty and guarantee periods begins on the day following the date of signing by the Parties of the Faultless Final Acceptance Protocol. 3) The guarantee periods provided by Subcontractors must correspond at least to the period granted by the Contractor and will be counted from the date of the Faultless Final Acceptance of the Works. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor, in the performance of the subject of the Order, separately for each Part, employ on the basis of an Employment Contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Labor Code, including; Full-time drivers, equipment operators. Detailed requirements for employment under an employment contract are set out in point 25 Swz and in the Model Agreement (Appendix No. 3 to the Swz) Completion date 60 Days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
