II. Method of Order Execution: 1) Deliveries will be made on the basis of Partial Orders, sent by e-mail, by a person authorized to perform the Agreement on the part of the Ordering Party; 2) Transport along with the unloading of the Subject of the Order will be carried out by the Contractor and at his cost. The place of delivery will be the premises indicated by the Ordering Party in the Capital City of Warsaw; 3) The deadline for the execution of a Partial Order is Up to 3 Business Days from the date of submission of a Partial Order by the Ordering Party, whereby Business Days are days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of statutory holidays; 4) The Ordering Party informs that it will make Purchases for the Total Amount of At least 50% of the Gross Contract Remuneration; 5) The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of individual Assortments for others listed in the Price Form, while maintaining the unit prices specified therein; 6) The Ordering Party reserves the right to order the delivery of paper to a Location not included in the Annex; 7) Unit Prices Offered by the Contractor shall not be increased during the execution of the subject of the Agreement; 8) The Ordering Party stipulates that the Paper Described in Items 1 to 4 of the Price Form will be ordered in an amount of not less than 10 reams within a given Lot of Orders for the Indicated Location.
