The bidder must have experience in Planning, Design, Engineering, and Development of a theme-based park with sculptures/artwork made from waste material. The required prior work experience includes:
i. One similar project valued at 10 crores ii. Two similar projects, each valued at 8 crores iii. Three similar projects, each valued at 6 crores The bidder should have 80% completion substantiated with documentary proof. Partial completion of work will only be considered if 80% of the work is completed. The value of work and percentage of completion are crucial in evaluating the bidder's experience. Additionally, the bidder must have ongoing work order of the operations/maintenance of at least one theme-based park of at least 10 years, with sculptures/artwork made from waste material completed for a Central/ State/ Local Government.
