Within the framework of the state program - "Renewed Regions" approved by the Resolution N185 of the Government of Georgia of April 26, 2021, state procurement of the preparation of detailed design and cost accounting documentation for rehabilitation and construction facilities (Bakuriani township) and the execution of relevant works based on detailed design and cost accounting documentation, using the Design-build method. Warranty period: 2 (two) calendar years after the completion of construction works and the signing of the final act of handover. During the warranty period, 2.5% of the cost of the performed works will be retained.

Georgia received funding from the World Bank to finance the Innovation, Inclusive Education and Quality (i2q) project. State procurement procedures do not apply to this purchase.
