Georgia received World Bank funding for the Innovation, Inclusive Education and Quality (i2q) project. A certain part of the mentioned funding will be used for the following works: reconstruction/rehabilitation of N28 public school of Kutaisi city. State procurement procedures do not apply to this purchase. Submission of tenders and opening of bids will be conducted electronically using the unified electronic system of public procurement, with some modifications. The main modifications of the unified electronic system of public procurement are as follows: - The functionality of three rounds of trade has been canceled. Additional rounds of trading do not apply. - The preliminary/estimated cost of procurement in the electronic system is open, however, bidders may submit a bid price that may be higher or lower than the estimated cost. However, it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the price of the bid, which should be based on current market prices and other factors that may affect the evaluation of the submitted work. Please note that the tender is conducted in accordance with the World Bank's standard procurement document (Bidding Request for National Market Approach), which is specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for Recipients of World Bank Investment Project Loans, 2016". July, updated 2017 November, 2018 August and November 2020". * The person signing the tender must have a document confirming the authority to sign. ** The participant must enter the price of the competitive proposal in the corresponding field of the unified electronic system. Otherwise, his proposal will be rejected.
