The required prior work experience for the bidder includes several criteria: 1. Experience of a single work order with executed value not less than Rs. 145.18 Lakhs 2. Experience of at least two works with executed value of each work not less than Rs. 90.74 Lakhs 3. Experience of at least three completed works with executed value of each work not less than Rs. 72.59 Lakhs 4. Experience of at least one completed work with executed value not less than Rs. 87.11 Lakhs 5. Experience of at least two completed works with executed value of each work not less than Rs. 54.44 Lakhs 6. Experience of at least three completed works with executed value of each work not less than Rs. 43.56 Lakhs No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, documents required for qualification include: - Copy of detailed work order along with Schedule of Rates - Copy of completion certificate issued by the end user/Owner (or their consultant) after completion of work in all aspects - Execution certificate issued by the end user/owner/authorized consultant can also be considered in place of a completion certificate Additionally, for jobs executed for Subsidiary/Fellow subsidiary/Holding company, tax paid invoice(s) duly certified by the statutory auditor of the bidder towards payments of statutory tax in support of the job executed is required. In case of a single bidder having experience as a consortium member, a Consortium Agreement/MOU clearly defining the scope and responsibility is also required. The bidder's average annual turnover and net worth are required to be submitted, with a certificate for financial capability of the bidder from a Practicing CA/CPA and copy of Audited Annual Financial Statement of three preceding Financial Year(s).
