The municipality of Buseck intends to conclude an operations management contract. Service description General From 2023 to 2025, the municipality of Buseck carried out a core renovation of the entire outdoor pool area, including all buildings, pools, water technology and a new 30-meter wide wave slide. With the completely renovated infrastructure, the new pool with bubble loungers, two gargoyles, beach volleyball court, sandpit and the new wide wave slide, the Großen Buseck outdoor pool offers the best conditions for swimming and relaxation. The Großen Buseck outdoor pool is located right in the center of Großen Buseck. The outdoor pool is embedded in the "Wieseckinsel". In an attractive environment there is a calisthenics facility, sand and water playground, three Kneipp pools and a school garden, the rear part of which has been or will be designed in a natural way. The owner of the land and buildings of the Großen Buseck outdoor pool is the municipality of Buseck. Property description: The total size of the property to be operated is approximately 5,500 m2. The family and child-friendly outdoor pool offers: 34.00 MX 11.50 M new stainless steel pool for swimmers and non-swimmers with bubble loungers, gargoyle with laminar effect, gargoyle with nozzle, swing bay and additional entrance for disabled people. 1 new children's paddling pool on two levels, a new 30 m wide wave slide and a new beach volleyball court. The computer-controlled, automated water treatment takes place via a suction filter system. The changing rooms, the kiosk and the supervisory and technical buildings have been completely renovated. The furniture such as lockers, changing rooms and sanitary facilities are new. The newly designed kiosk is outsourced by the municipality. The property is equipped with the following structural facilities: Changing room: With showers and toilet facilities for bathers, separate toilet/shower facility for staff and kiosk with kitchen and adjoining rooms. The inventory is to be retained during the contract period and returned in full upon termination. Structural changes require the approval of the municipality. . Duties of the operational management: Operational management includes all associated tasks, in particular the ongoing technical management, the content orientation and design of the pool operation, the deployment of personnel in accordance with the applicable regulations and the guarantee of traffic safety. The contractor is obliged to carry out the pool operation.
