The work includes all activities i.e., survey, investigation, designing, drawing, obtaining approval from competent authority, procurement, construction of Madia Power House under Bina Irrigation Project with Power House for 21 MW power generation with all allied works. Preparation of land acquisition and R & R cases and compliances, pursuing for final award, preparing complying and pursuing cases for obtaining statutory clearances including forest, environmental clearances from respective departments of GoI and GoMP, construction of permanent buildings for official and residential purpose, approach roads and other required works as directed by Engineer in charge. The work also includes Management, Operation and Maintenance (MOM) for the period of 120 months after completion and further extendable for another 60 months, including 60 months defect liability period running simultaneously.
