Details: The subject of the Public Contract is: Delivery of a Complete Turnkey Photovoltaic Power Plant System (hereinafter also "fve"). The subject of performance is the delivery of new, unused technology of a photovoltaic power plant, including complete assembly at the place of implementation, i.e. On the Roofs of Existing Buildings Parc.no.st. 7847 (fve Administration), Parc.no.st. 5589 A Plot no. 7281 (fve Operation), Includes Battery System, New Kiosk For Fve Operation Technology, All On The Esko-t Sro Company Premises, Hrotovická 232, 674 01 Třebíč. The proposed solution according to the attached project documentation is the installation of 86 PV panels with a nominal output of 455 Wp and a total output of 39,130 Kwp, including a battery system with a capacity of 34.8 Kwh for the "administration" building, ie. Fve Administration, And Installation of 288 Pc Fv Panels With a Nominal Power of 455 Wp and a Total Power of 131,040 Kwp Including a Battery System with a Capacity of 34.8 Kwh For Building "operation", Ie. Fve Operation. Photovoltaic panels will be installed at a 10° slope on the roof sheathing and will be attached to the roof with a structural system, resp. Self-supporting aluminum supporting structures will be used. The Above Solution Is Only Suggested. Due to the preservation of economic competition, the contracting authority does not prescribe a specific technical solution. It is entirely up to the supplier to propose a solution. The bidder assures that he has familiarized himself with the local conditions before submitting the offer. By submitting the offer, the contractor declares that no price discussions took place in connection with the calculation and that brand new devices and objects will generally be used during execution. By submitting the offer, the bidder declares his willingness to submit a written declaration on completion of the work stating that the work is in order in all respects and has been carried out in accordance with the latest DIN/VDE regulations and those of the responsible VNB. The system is to be handed over to the client on completion in perfect condition and in working order. After acceptance by the client or his representative and the rectification of any complaints that may arise and the handover of the complete inspection documents, the system is deemed to have been definitively accepted, which simultaneously means that it has been taken over by the client. The warranty begins at this point. The warranty is regulated according to VOB and is five years.
