The procurement concerns the supply of Raseborg Water and the Urban Environment Department of the City of Raseborg with a work machine and transport service for hourly work under the supervision of the client for municipal technical construction and maintenance, as well as for earthworks on properties.

The project includes the laser scanning and inven- tion modelling of buildings A, B and C of Malmö Hall in accordance with the call for tenders. The buildings were completed in the early 1950s thanks to a donation from the Malmö Friendship City. The donation was made for the benefit of children suffering from the war. Based on the above, the buildings have been protected in the local plan with the Sr 3 designation.

Description of the acquisition

The subject of the procurement is the repair of the rock and concrete structures of the shaft of the Yleisradio Oy parking garage located in Pasila, as well as the repair of the upper floor of the elevator building and the fresh air grilles. The contract includes the re-routing of the leakage water at the bottom of the shaft. The contract includes geotechnical works, civil engineering works and HVAC works. In addition, the contract includes the necessary electrical works as described in the plans.
