The form of the contract is a total price contract. The object of the contract is the construction of the Pile Village Park to the extent specified in the documents.

The Construction Site Includes the New Construction of the Maintenance Building of the Sports Park Development Project in accordance with the Request for Tender documents in accordance with Good Construction Practice. The extent of the maintenance building is about 500 m2.

A three-year contract will be concluded with one supplier for the supply. Lake trout will be supplied to the Ely Centre's plantations annually for a total of approximately 60,000 euros (VAT 0%).

The offer includes the total contract price for the renovation of the bathrooms, saunas, toilets and utility rooms, living rooms and bedrooms and kitchens of the apartments in accordance with the contract documents. In addition, the total contract price includes the renovation of facades, roofs and courtyards in accordance with the contract documents.
