The Place De Portage Iii Facility Was Built In The 1970s And Will Be Rehabilitated Into A Modern Complex To Update And Modernize The Base Building Services. It Consists Of Nine (9) Towers Varying From 3 To 18 Floors, Which Includes A Connecting 3-storey Bridge Over Maisonneuve Boulevard. The Anticipated Scope Of Work Includes, But Is Not Limited To, The Following: The Removal Of Existing Curtain Wall Assemblies, The Supply And Installation Of A New Curtain Wall Assembly Including Aluminum Framing, Glazing And Spandrel Panels.
