The Ely Center of Lapland Requests a Tender for Kemijärvi Fisheries Monitoring in 2024–2026. The goal of Kemijärvi Fisheries Monitoring is to collect information about the state of the fish stocks that are the target of treatment and the treatment results, so that recommendations can be made based on the results for the development of fish management and fishing in Kemijärvi and its dammed tributaries. Based on the results of the observation, it should be possible to give recommendations on, among other things, the planting species and the planting size of the fish. In addition, it should be possible to assess the effects of the changes made in the plantings on the fishing and recreational value of the lake. The means of reducing the migration of farmed fish must also be taken into account with the owners of the fish ponds and the regulator.

The contract is a total price-based total contract (ku). Part of the contract is implemented on a unit price basis.
