The property is located in the Oulaisten City Area on Road 786.

The South Savo Ely Centre will procure fencing and clearing work for two sheep pastures in the summer of 2025.

The contract includes the renovation of 8 bridges. The renovations of the sites have been started earlier, but the repair work has been suspended. The contract will be implemented during the years 2025.

The task is to prepare a bird water restoration plan and organize its technical implementation for the bird water of Joki-hautalampi in Rääkkylä. The work includes preparing the permit application and its accompanying documents to be submitted to the Regional State Administrative Agency, responding to any requests for additional information from the permit authority, as well as preparing the application for an exception permit and the assessment of the need for a Natura assessment.

The contract includes the construction of private road connections, changes to Highway 6 and removal of connections, renewal of groundwater protection, elevation of portals, implementation of a maintenance spread, and transfer and protection works of existing water supply to the extent that the above construction works are specified in the construction plan and other tender documents, with all road arrangements, equipment and devices.
