Hankinta Toteutetaan Osana Helmi-elinympäristöohjelmaa. Kunnostustyö Toteutetaan Aluehallintoviraston Myöntämän Luvan, Sekä Afry Finland Oy:n Ja Welado Oy:n Laatimien Suunnitelmien Mukaisesti.
