Details: Date Soliciation Documents Available (approx.): 14 January 2025 this Project Is Advertised On An Unrestricted Basis. this Solicitation Is A “best Value”, Two-phase Source Selection. In Phase One, Offerors Will Compete For The Opportunity To Submit Proposals For Phase Two.
