The Authority Have Opted To Establish A Dps As It Is Deemed The Most Appropriate Option To Meet Its Requirements And Will Enable A Clear, Consistent And Compliant Route To Market. Mini Competitions Ran Via The Dps Will Have Individual Timelines, For The Work In Question.
