Details: The municipality of Schorfheide intends to put out a tender for demolition and disposal services as part of the planned renovation of the "hunting and power" area on the grounds of the Schorfheide hunting lodge. The measure, here lot 1, includes the professional dismantling and disposal of exhibition elements in the listed half-timbered exhibition barn of the Schorfheide hunting lodge. The exhibition area is at ground level and approximately 300 square meters in size. There are approximately 18 free-standing or wall-mounted room elements made of foil-covered chipboard, some clad with Aludibond, some equipped with electrical installations such as sockets and a small amount of interior lighting, as well as glass panes, a few smaller glass hoods and a large glass hood. The displays and room elements have a height of between 2.50 m and 7.50 m. In addition to the free-standing and wall-mounted elements, a large central element made of foil-covered chipboard must be dismantled, which hangs freely from and on the half-timbered construction in the room. Around 10 exhibits such as specimens and models can be removed from the displays and showcases; these will be stored. The municipality of Schorfheide intends to put the services out to tender on a limited basis. It is also made a mandatory condition that the intended tender be used to get an idea of the situation on site. Two on-site appointments are expected to be offered. Interested specialist companies can contact the awarding authority of the municipality of Schorfheide by email by February 12, 2025 at 3 p.m. and express their interest in participating in the process. If the company is not yet known to the client, an eligibility test will be reserved. The measure is expected to be carried out in mid-March 2025 and is expected to take 5 working days.
