The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Providing All Personnel And Materials To Develop Projects That Will Become Part Of Niwtp Real Property. Work Is To Include Rehab, Or Repairs, Of Niwtp And Its 8.8 Mile-long International Outfall Interceptor Pipe. The Offeror Shall Possess The Skill And Licenses Required To Perform Sewer And Wastewater Treatment Plant Repair Projects. This Will Be A Sources Sought Proposal To Determine Interest On A Projected 4-year Contract (base Year Plus 3 Option Years).
