The Bergstrasse district -municipal job center-, an approved municipal provider in accordance with Book II of the Social Code (SGB II), is planning to introduce “outreach coaching” for employable benefit recipients under 25 years of age from the entire Bergstrasse district. As part of the outreach coaching, employees of the measure provider are to visit the described target group in their place of residence in order to guide them back into case management. The outreach workers are to offer help in order to gradually show ways of integration into the job market, cooperation with the benefit provider and other job market partners. The key features here are the invitation to discussions at the job center or the referral to a suitable measure. Outreach coaching under 25 in accordance with Section 16k SGB II B.1.1 Description of the measure (objectives and introduction) New paths Bergstrasse district -municipal job center-, an approved municipal provider in accordance with Book II of the Social Code (SGB II), is planning to introduce "outreach coaching" for employable benefit recipients under 25 from the entire Bergstrasse district. We define the measurable goals as follows: A rate of 70% should be achieved when a person is returned to case management. A return is successful when there is continuous cooperation between case management and the participant afterwards. A rate of 20% should be achieved when a person is placed in a follow-up measure. B.1.2 Participants Young people aged 15 - 24 who are able to work and are entitled to benefits, who are applying for or are already receiving benefits under the Second Social Code from Neue Wege Kreis Bergstrasse -municipal job center-, who have withdrawn and refuse to cooperate with the job center/case management for a variety of reasons and who can no longer be reached using the usual means such as letters, phone calls or contacting the field service, as well as young people who evade suggested measures.
