We Anticipate An 18month Contract Which Includes The Project Being Phased And A Draft Phasing Plan Is Attached For Information, Please Note The Mbt(ecodeco) Requires To Remain Operational Throughout The Works. We Will Be Issuing The Tender On A Prelims, Overheads & Profits Format And Once Main Contractor Is Appointed A Fully Costed Bill Of Quantities Shall Be Completed Prior To Works Commencing On Site.
