The Infanta (quezon) Water District (iqwd) Referred To As The “purchaser” Now Requests The Submission Of A Price Proposal For The Procurement Of The Above-stated Item Described In The Technical Specifications/schedule Of Requirements With An Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Of Sixty-three Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Pesos (₱ 63,420.00) 2. Attachment 1 Provides A Set Of Technical Specifications. All Items And Jobs Listed Under The Purchaser’s Specifications Must Be Complied With On A Pass-fail Basis. Upon The Decision Of The End-user And Bac, The Supplier And Its Concerned Premises May Be Subjected To Ocular Inspection And Approval By The End-user And Bac Before The Event, If Any, Shall Be Awarded The Contract. 12. The Supplier That Submitted The Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid/proposal, And Passed The Ocular Inspection Conducted By The End User And Bac Before The Event, If Any, Shall Be Awarded The Contract. 13.
