The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully executed or completed similar services over the last three years. The conditions for this experience are as follows: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated bid value is 22247961. Additionally, the bidder must have experience of 3 years in providing similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. The bidder is also required to provide proof of past experience and project experience. The bidder must have at least 40% of the required manpower on their payroll for at least one year, and they must own 30% of the bid quantity of vehicles in their name or in the name of the proprietor/partner of the Service Provider. The contract quantity or duration can only be increased up to 25 percent once the contract is issued. The minimum average annual turnover of the bidder for 3 years is 225 Lakh.
