The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in establishing and O&M of SWM Processing (Wet Waste) plants, with an average experience of at least 1 continuous year period within the last 5 years. The experience is evaluated based on the plant capacity. The bidder should have received at least 60% payment of the total contract value till Submission of tender document for ongoing projects. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in sale of byproducts (RDF or Compost) generated from Municipal Solid Waste processing projects, with a minimum average of 20% of Plant Capacity * 365 tons in the last 3 years. The bidder should have executed projects in the past for >= 65 TPD Plant Capacity, with a minimum of 1-2 projects. The required prior work experience also includes a minimum average annual turnover of ₹ 8.50 Cr. The values and percentages mentioned include: * Average Annual Turnover: ₹ 8.50 Cr * Experience in sale of byproducts: + Average of minimum 20% of Plant Capacity * 365 tons in last 3 years, i.e., 9490 MT + Average of minimum 20% of Plant Capacity * 365 * 2 tons in last 3 years, i.e., 18980 MT + Average of minimum 20% of Plant Capacity * 365 * 3 tons in last 3 years, i.e., 28470 MT * Number of projects executed: + 1-2 projects * Payment received for ongoing projects: at least 60% of the total contract value.
