Details: Contract notice: request to participate: public procurement consultancy and tendering services The helsinki-uusimaa hospital district consortium (hus) is setting up a dynamic supplier register to procure public procurement tendering and consulting services. the subject of the procurement is the planning and conduct of public tenders in accordance with the procurement act (1397/2016) from the preparation phase to the signing of contracts. in addition, the contracting entity may procure training services related to the procurement act and public procurement, as well as clearing, development and advisory services as required. procurements are organized in the so-called. as a dynamic supplier register. the dynamic supplier register is divided into 10 categories: 1. primary health care procurement category2. procurement category for surgery, internal medicine and cardiology3. procurement category for anesthesia and intensive care4. procurement category for radiotechnical and imaging equipment5. procurement category for laboratory equipment and supplies6. miscellaneous service procurement7. sote service procurement8. strategic procurement (excluding ict strategic procurement) 9. procurement development and training10. ict procurement and the development and training categories for ict procurement are described in more detail below and the descriptions of the procurement categories are given in annex 1. tenderers in the sector may submit an application in one or more categories. an hourly price for the service must be provided with the application. all tenderers who meet the eligibility and minimum requirements in the category (ies) for which the tenderer has applied will be accepted into the dynamic supplier register. contracts will also be awarded to all successful applicants (see annex 7 to the request to participate). application times for the dynamic supplier register: 1. the first application period and the establishment of a dynamic supplier register is 15.11.2021-31.12.2021.2. thereafter, applications will be accepted once a year from 15 november to 15 december. the dynamic supplier register will operate as follows: the contracting entity will receive new applications with hourly rates once a year as described above. at the end of the annual application period, the contracting authority will process the applications and rank the tenders in each category from lowest to highest. this gives priority to the bidders in each category. in the first call for proposals, prices will be awarded on the basis of a request to participate. in the following rounds of participation, it will be possible for tenderers already admitted to the system to update their prices if they so wish. following the procurement decision, a contract will be awarded to each approved tenderer. the contracting entity may then place individual contracts with a maximum value of eur 60 000 (vat 0%) directly from the successful tenderers, in order of preference. the order of priority m
