In the register of service providers, the subject of the procurement is services provided to children, young people and families on the basis of the social welfare act and the child welfare act, as well as development services for these services. the procurement is carried out as a flexible electronic register of service providers, (hereinafter the register of service providers), which means the procedure designed and described by the subscriber in accordance with the principles of the procurement act for the procurement of the services to be procured. it is not a framework agreement within the meaning of section 42 of the procurement act. the dynamic purchasing system referred to in sections 49 to 52 of the procurement act shall be utilized as the electronic procurement system, as applicable. the service provider register is valid for four (4) years from the date of its establishment, during which time the tenders within the service provider register will be held. the subscriber may extend the validity of the service provider register with a new procurement notice. the service provider shall submit an application for participation in the categories of the service provider register in which the service provider wishes to submit tenders. once the service provider has been approved for the category, the service provider will receive the invitations to tender to be sent in the category. each subscriber concludes the procurement contracts with the service providers registered in the register of service providers and is solely responsible for its contractual obligations in relation to the service providers. the register of service providers and the responsibility for organizing the services covered by it will be transferred to the responsibility of the northern ostrobothnia welfare region on 1 january 2023. the contracting entity reserves 20 days for the processing of requests to participate received by 10 am on 9 march 2022 during the establishment phase of the service provider register. the subscriber may extend the above time for a justified reason, for example due to the large number of applications. the first invitations to tender within the register of service providers shall be sent when at least all applications received by the deadline have been processed. the subject matter and conditions of the register of service providers are described in the annex to the request for participation "principles of the register of service providers".

Contracts For Construction Manager Assignments, Less Complex Engineering Design Assignments Will Be Announced Within The Dps.
