We Are Inviting Organisations To Participate In A Market Engagement Session To Establish Supplier Interest In Delivering A Potential Multi-year Market Awareness And Provider Preparedness Project To Assist In The Introduction Of A New Regulatory Regime For Providers Of Supported Accommodation For Young People. The Pre-market Engagement Will Be Carried Out In Three Parts: 1. Part 1 Will Take Place On 22/03/2022 (10:00-11:00) And Provide All Registered Suppliers With An Overview Of The Requirements And The Policy Background Related To This Project. 2. Part 2 Will Be 1-2-1 Sessions With Interested Suppliers Providing The Opportunity To Engage With The Dfe, Where We Invite And Welcome Conversation And Q&a. The 1-2-1 Events Will Take Place From 28/03/2022 To 14/04/2022. The Registration Deadline For Part 2 Is 17:00 On 25/03/2022, Full Details Are Provided In The Attached Document. 3. Part 3 Will Invite All Interested Suppliers To Participate In The Final Session Outlining The Full Requirements Of The Procurement. * We Are Keen To Engage With Potential Suppliers Through These Sessions To Discuss Innovative And Creative Approaches To Delivering This Project, Which Will Assist Us In Developing Any Future Plans. This Includes The Possible Introduction Of New Funding Rates, Accountability Arrangements, And The Implications Of Devolution Deals For Contracts Which Are Currently Being Consulted Upon. - Test Market Capacity To Deliver Esfa Aeb Amongst Other Procurements Occurring Across The Skills Landscape Including Multiply, Skills Bootcamps, Free Courses For Jobs, Traineeships And The Uk Shared Prosperity Fund. Summary As Part Of The Multiply Programme, Dfe Is Interested In Procuring Up To Twenty Randomised Controlled Trials (rcts) And Other Experimental Activity, Including Quasi-experimental Trials And A/b Trials To Enhance Understanding Of What Works In Improving Adult Numeracy. The Requirement Will Include Quality Assurance, Management, And Reporting On A Programme Of Randomised Controlled Trials And Quasi-experimental Trials. It Will Also Include Managing Payments To Organisations Delivering The Interventions. We Have Developed And Shared With Potential Suppliers In Previous Market Engagement Events A Draft Statement Of Requirements For The Programme Of Work, And Outline Specifications For Individual Rcts And Trials. We Have Taken Note Of The Feedback From These Events And The Subsequent Supplier Questionnaires. We Would Like To Engage Further With Potential Suppliers To Discuss The Requirement To Manage Payments To Organisations Delivering The Interventions. We Will Also Give Further Information About The Procurement Ahead Of Issuing The Itt Later This Year.
