The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully executing or completing similar services over the last three years. The bidder must have completed similar services with the following costs: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed similar works in the following manner during the last seven years: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, - One similar completed work with an aggregate cost not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed work is adjusted to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% calculated from the date of completion of work to the last date of receipt of the application for tenders. The similar nature of work refers to "Providing Security Personnel/Services". The agency should also have had an Average Annual Financial Turnover of 30% of ECPT during the last three years and should not have incurred any loss (profit after tax should be positive) in more than two years during the last five years. A total of 7 years of past experience is required for the same or similar service.
