The Defense Health Agency Is Seeking Sources To Provide Low Titer Whole Blood (approximately 85 Units Per Year). The Requested Supplies/items Shall Be Configured And Validated For Use In Refrigerators That Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, Nc Currently Owns. The Items Shall Comply With All Applicable Laws, Regulations, Rules, And Guidelines, Including, But Not Limited To, Those Referenced Herein Or Set Forth In Section 351 Of The Public Health Service Act (42 U.s.c. §301, Et Seq.), U.s. Code Of Federal Regulations, 21 Cfr §600-640, And Any Other Applicable Local, State Or Federal Law Or Regulation. The Whole Blood Must Be Delivered To Navy Medical Center Camp Lejeune, 100 Brewster Blvd., Camp Lejeune, Nc 28547 Within A Maximum Time Of 2-hours From An Order Being Placed. The Estimated Period Of Performance Is October 1, 2024. this Sources Sought Notice Is Not A Request For Competitive Proposals And No Solicitation Document Exists For The Requirement.
