The bidder is required to have prior work experience of building works or AMC Civil works (Residential/Commercial separately or combined) with allied civil works, successfully completed during the last 7 years. The experience can be in the form of:
- Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 106.97 Lakhs (Excluding GST).
- Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 133.72 Lakhs (Excluding GST).
- One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 213.95 Lakhs (Excluding GST). The bidder should have completed similar works with a total value of not less than Rs. 133.72 Lakhs (Excluding GST) during the last 7 years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned.
